JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) has denied issuing a vaccine registration form for a special TMJ (Tunku Mahkota Johor Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim) quota.

"The MBJB would like to clarify that the message that has gone viral about a 'Pfizer vaccine, TMJ quota' was fake,” it said.

In a statement on Friday , the MBJB also denied claims that those registering for the vaccine through the Southern Volunteers form would be given priority when receiving the vaccine compared to those who register on their own through MySejahtera or the JKJAV website. MBJB also urged the public to check information they see online with the relevant authorities' official website or social media site.
