MB: 100 teachers in Terengganu have rejected vaccination

KUALA TERENGGANU : About 100 teachers in Terengganu have refused to be vaccinated against Covid-19, says Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar .

Ahmad Samsuri said for the time being, the only approach is to persuade them to accept vaccination as there are no regulations or laws providing for any action against them. State local government, housing, health and environment committee chairman Dr Alias Razak said when met that intensive care unit bed usage in Terengganu is still high, at more than 75%.

“We need ICU occupancy to be at 50% to move to Phase Three. A Covid-19 patient's average stay in the ICU is 21 days and this is a long time.

Ade yang reject sebab masalah kesihatan. Gov kene beri jenama vaksin yang sesuai bagi pesakit ni. Tapi yang saje2 tolak tu memang kene buat test covid kat dia harian.

Do your homework well, find out what is democratic and human rights in Malaysia. Maybe we can find some realistic clues from inside the law book which will satisfy them to take the vaccine willingly or otherwise. Then we are looking at law which was passed, nobody can against it.

It's a choice spell out in constitutional. Nobody force you to get vaccinated, and don't force others to get vaccinated. It's unconstitutional. It's good enough majority are willing. So don't force who won't.

They may stay home until C19 is over. Individuals that took the vaccines paid the price by accepting the risks that comes along with vaccination. Now it is their turn to pay the price for their choice. You are not eligible to enjoy the fruit from other's sacrifices.

Sack those teachers. We won't want any unvaccinated teachers to teach the children.
