BEIJING (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): Three people died and 17 others were injured on Wednesday (Oct 18) after an elevator in a China mall plunged from the fourth floor to the first, Chinese media reported.

KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun has called for patience from coalition partners in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah -led state government, saying it would be difficult to accommodate everyone with a position.

"The new Sabah government has only been in existence for some nine months, so the adjustment in distribution of positions will take time," he told reporters after an event here on Friday . The Penampang MP said the cooperation between GRS and Pakatan must be translated through power sharing all the way down to the grassroots level.
