“Pasir Gudang is one of the cities that is aggressively developing. There are many things that we can plan once it is officially made a new district,” Noor Azleen told StarMetro at the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Zero to Hero programme in Taman Rinting, Johor Baru. Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi then said the state government would consider the proposal.Noor Azleen said this move would give MBPG and the state government the authority to properly address environmental and development issues.
“The programme aims to help them through short courses that can give them certified skills to earn additional income,” he said, adding that nine courses were available to run for three months.
