Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zaid Hassan said the suspect was involved in an altercation between two parties concerning housing rent in the residential area at 2.29am on Saturday .
He added that one of the people who separated the groups suspected that something was amiss and contacted the police. ACP Mohd Zaid said police also seized various items from the suspect, including the fake authority card, a police operational uniform and a pair of handcuffs.
