A 24-year-old divorcee was sentenced to a total of 45 year’s jail and ordered 18 lashes of the cane on Wednesday on three counts of sexually abusing his girlfriend.

Kota Kinabalu: .Stellee Kintoh, a chargeman pleaded guilty before Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus to committing the crime to the 21-year-old victim in a kitchen of a house at Kota Marudu at 7am on April 12, this year.

Investigations revealed that at 7am on April 12, Stellee had inserted his four fingers into her genitals, verbally abused her, ignored her cries of pain and fear and then hit and slapped her. Stellee spat at the victim’s face who was still crying and told her to shut up. The victim also asked for water as she was thirsty but he ignored her and ordered her to take a bath in which he continued to beat and slap her face while she was taking a bath.
