A LORRY driver has failed in his final appeal to dismiss his conviction and sentence of five strokes of the rotan and 14 years’ prison for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl under the care of his wife.
A Court of Appeal three-judge panel led by Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera rejected the appeal submitted by appellant Sulaiman Aswari, 44, against the conviction and sentence by the Klang Sessions Court on April 3, 2019.
