Deputy OCPD Supt Mohd Sabri Abdullah, in a statement on Thursday , said the police were notified of the incident at 12.05am on Thursday.
"A worker at the funfair near the Cheras Selatan Aeon Jusco here told the police that two men had fallen off the ride. "One of the victims, a 39-year-old man, died while the other victim, in his thirties, was rushed to the Kajang hospital for treatment. "As of now, no criminal elements have been identified and the police are still investigating the case to identify if the fall was a result of negligence from the funfair operators, or from the victims themselves.Supt Mohd Sabri urged all to not speculate on the incident and that investigations was still underway.
