South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Cha Hoong Fong said the suspect is in his 30’s and was arrested at about 8pm on Wednesday .
"The victim's parents are divorced and her parents take turns taking care of her. The incident occurred when the victim was staying with her mother on Monday ,” said ACP Cha. "The victim told her father that the suspect had touched her private parts. The father then lodged a police report soon after," he added at a press conference at the South Klang police headquarters on Thursday ."We are investigating whether it was only one incident or more. The suspect has been remanded for six days for further investigation," ACP Cha added.
