The airline said it will operate three flights per week in the first stage from early December before increasing to six from Dec 13 to Jan 19, and a daily flight would begin from late January.
He said the new air route would help connect the Unesco-recognised world heritage sites in central Vietnam including Hue Monuments complex in Thừa Thiên-Huế Province; the Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary and Hội An ancient town in Quảng Nam Province. In celebration of the new flight, Malindo Air is offering a promotional one-way ticket price of RM669 or VNĐ3.7mil for business class, and RM179, or VNĐ990,000 for economy class with booking schedule from Dec 15.
