The complainant, who goes by the name Yap Swee Seng on Facebook, said although the bus stop was aesthetically pleasing, it was functionally useless.
"By the time I reached KL Sentral, it was raining. I decided to brave the rain and walked quickly towards the bus stop across Public Bank, thinking I could wait for my bus while taking shelter under the newly built bus stop," he said a Facebook post.
What's the purpose of putting this structure in the place of a covered stop. I wonder if it has some scientific thingy to prevent the sun rays or any hidden gadgets to keep shade.Ssshhhhh!
