Malaysia records youngest virus victim, more recoveries than new cases today

Malaysia has recorded its youngest Covid-19 victim today, a 23-year-old Sarawakian woman who died at the Sarawak General Hospital. There also have been more recoveries than new cases in the past 24 hours. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Afif Abd Halim, April 9, 2020.

MALAYSIA recorded two new deaths from Covid-19 as of noon today, including the youngest victim so far, who died at the age of 23. Health Director-General Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the victim was a Sarawakian woman who was a student at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak in Kota Samarahan.
