Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said he did not agree with the Taliban banning girls from attending school.
Bernama reported that Anwar conveyed Malaysia’s position to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation , which is ready to assist in forging ties between the two countries. “The problem now is their attitude towards women’s education, whether they want to build a university specifically for women or a special women’s school, it’s their choice, but they cannot deny women’s right to education,” he told reporters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, after attending the OIC meeting.

I'm not going to touch the topic of religion, but what can we gain economically by cooperating with the Taliban-led government of Afghanistan? What are the consequences if we do decide to cooperate because most countries, especially the west, are not fond of the group?

Hey, as a Muslim majority country, if Malaysia message about women education can be heard by Taliban, and then acted accordingly, that would be a big help to the women in Afghanistan and a significant contribution to humanity because education can benefit generations to come.
