Zunar kecewa dengan PH kerana gagal menghapuskan Akta Hasutan serta Akta Mesin Cetak dan Penerbitan seperti dijanjikan gabungan itu dalam manifesto pilihan raya umum ke-14 lalu.
Zunar berkata, walaupun beliau bebas daripada dakwaan hasutan dan boleh ke luar negara sekarang, tetapi tiada jaminan kerajaan tidak akan menggunakan undang-undang itu terhadapnya pada masa depan. “Dua akta ini masih ada. Kerajaan mungkin tidak menggunakannya sekarang, tetapi mungkin menggunakannya pada masa depan. Tiada jaminan,” katanya kepada FMT selepas melancarkan karya terbarunya bertajuk “Fight Through Cartoons” hari ini.
Zunar berikrar akan terus mengkritik kerajaan seperti yang dilakukannya ke atas pentadbiran terdahulu melalui kartunnya.
