MALAYSIA, as an Islamic country, is firm in its stand on the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, said Deputy Foreign Minister Marzuki Yahya. He was asked to comment on a report that Hollywood star George Clooney has issued a “warning” to the country, as well as Indonesia, regarding the purported implementation of anti-LGBT laws like in Brunei.
