Amin yang memakai baju kemeja putih dan seluar hitam didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu antara 5 Julai hingga 22 Okt lalu melibatkan 3 pertuduhan meminta rasuah berjumlah RM185,000 dan 5 dakwaan menerima rasuah bernilai RM110,000. Bagi kesalahan meminta rasuah, tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 16 Akta Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia 2009, manakala pendakwaan terhadap kesalahan menerima rasuah dikendalikan di bawah Seksyen 17 akta sama.
“Saya mohon mahkamah mempertimbangkan kesalahan yang didakwa dilakukan tertuduh melibatkan jumlah yang besar dan tertuduh juga merupakan penjawat awam yang sedikit sebanyak kesalahan ini memberi gambaran tidak sewajarnya terhadap perkhidmatan kehakiman,” katanya.
