Majistret Tan Chai Wei mengeluarkan arahan selepas Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Ummi Amyra Natasha Azhar memohon mahkamah menetapkan suatu tarikh baharu memandangkan laporan kimia, bedah siasat dan asid deoksiribonukleik masih belum diperolehinya sehingga kini.
Dalam prosiding hari ini, Mohamad Rozak Nor, 20, yang didakwa membunuh tiga rakannya turut hadir ke mahkamah. Pada 24 Jun lalu, Mohamad Rozak didakwa di Mahkamah Majistret Rembau atas pertuduhan membunuh Hari Sucipto, 19; Ramdani Sahrul, 20, dan Gunawan Pani, 20, di rumah kongsi pekerja Ladang Chin Fatt di Gemencheh antara 10.40 malam sehingga 11 malam, 5 Disember 2019.
