PETALING JAYA: Sebuah mahkamah Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang khas di India memerintahkan penceramah kontroversi, Zakir Naik tampil secara fizikal pada 31 Julai depan, kata akhbar The Times of India.
Mahkamah berkata satu waran tanpa ikat jamin akan dikeluarkan terhadap Naik jika gagal menghadirkan diri. Mahkamah mendengar permohonan Direkrorat Penguatkuasaan yang memohon satu waran tanpa ikat jamin dikeluarkan terhadap penceramah itu, yang memegang status pemastautin tetap. India sebelum ini berkata ia akan terus meminta Naik dihantar pulang, tetapi Malaysia berkata ia tidak menerima sebarang permintaan rasmi.
Putrajaya baru-baru ini berkata Malaysia berhak menolak permohonan hantar pulang Naik kerana dia percaya tidak akan mendapat keadilan di India.
