1MALAYSIA Development Berhad sudah mempunyai beban hutang pada Mac 2013 namun syarikat itu memutuskan untuk menambahkan dana berjumlah AS$3 bilion bagi membiayai projek Tun Razak Exchange , mahkamah diberitahu hari ini. Perkara itu didedahkan oleh bekas ketua pegawai eksekutifnya Shahrol Azral Ibrahim Halmi ketika diperiksa balas oleh peguam bela Najib Razak, Wan Aizuddin Wan Mohamad dalam perbicaraan kes rasuah membabitkan 1MDB bekas perdana menteri itu.
