PM says Malaysia has received the approval from Japanese premier Shinzo Abe.

Malaysia, according to Mahathir, has received the approval from Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for the bond's issuance, but it was up to the Finance Ministry to continue the negotiations.
