Penang Indian Networks recently shared a heartwarming video on their Facebook page, praising a bus driver in Penang for his exceptional service.In the post, one of the passengers named Cecelia expressed her gratitude to “Captain Bus Driver” Mr. Surendran for his professionalism in fulfilling his duties as a bus driver.

She further praised Mr. Surendran for his dedication to providing top-notch service to all passengers and ensuring their safety. “His commitment to delivering the best service possible is truly praiseworthy. I want to express my gratitude for his great efforts in keeping passengers safe and secure.”On the 14th of March 2024, Cecelia witnessed Mr. Surendran helping an OKU passenger on wheelchair to descend from the bus.
