Benny added that his daughter had a few bites of the bread prior to the finding, and she was THIS CLOSE to chewing the dead cockroach. Despite his dissatisfaction about the experience, Benny was polite & nice when leaving his feedback in the Facebook group.
“We truly apologise for that, and for our bad service, as well as the food that may not be up to your par. We hope the public, especially our customers can give us another chance.”
