With Raya in less than 2 weeks, some people are still struggling to prepare for the festival, especially those who are tight on budget. After worrying about the ingredients to cook, some still have concerns about Raya outfits, which can be expensive too.
Azim stated that he wasn’t paid by anyone to “market” the products and he was merely helping to spread the word, in the hope that it would help those in need. In a conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, Azim said that he was at the Meru Raya outlet in Ipoh when he saw the shockingly cheap price for the Baju Melayu
“I did not expect my story to go viral but I’m grateful it happened. I’m touched to see there are companies out there that still care about the people.”
