Seramai 26 pemain daripada senarai 35 pemain yang dipanggil pada kem latihan pusat Fasa 1 dipanggil semula untuk mengikuti kem latihan pusat fasa dua ini. Wan Kuzri sebelum ini, dikatakan kemungkinan terlepas menyertai latihan sesi kedua apabila terpaksa pulang semula ke pangkuan kelabnya sekali gus membayangkan agak sukar menyertai kem terbabit.
Dua pasukan teratas setiap kumpulan seterusnya akan layak ke suku akhir dan jika Malaysia berjaya muncul juara Kumpulan D, lawan adalah naib juara Kumpulan C dan jika Malaysia naib juara Kumpulan D, lawan adalah juara Kumpulan C .
