Semalam, Mahkamah Sesyen membenarkan permohonan pasukan pendakwaan untuk membatalkan dua pertuduhan memiliki item berkaitan LTTE ke atas Gunasekaran.Mengikut pertuduhan pertama dan kedua sebelum ini, Gunasekaran didakwa memiliki item berhubung kait LTTE di pejabat dan kediaman beliau.Beliau berkata BN perlu pertahankan pihak polis dam jika kejayaan memihak kepada BN.Dalam perkembangan lain, Zahid berkata jangan jadi seperti calon PH yang cakap “semberono”.
