AMANAH vice-president Mahfuz Omar has downplayed the impact of the low Lembaga Tabung Haji hibah rate for 2018 on Pakatan Harapan’s Rantau by-election campaign. He said he is confident voters are mature enough to understand that the low dividends are a result of TH’s mismanagement under the previous administration.
