Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Kodesviary Ramanaidu menawarkan Bala Muraly jaminan RM50,000 dengan seorang penjamin tempatan beserta syarat tambahan pasport diserah kepada mahkamah dan tertuduh dikehendaki melapor diri di balai polis berdekatan rumahnya sebulan sekali manakala tiada jaminan ditawarkan kepada tertuduh warga India.
