Perbuatan tersebut didakwa dilakukan melalui laman sosial Facebook 'Arunakiri Nathan II' pada pukul 11.52 malam 15 Februari lalu yang dilihat di Panorama Lapangan Perdana, Kampung Rapat di sini 19 Februari lalu. Bagi kesalahan tersebut, tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 504 Kanun Keseksaan yang boleh dihukum penjara sehingga dua tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan.
