Bazar terletak bersebelahan Masjid Tuanku Zainal Abidin yang disertai 300 peniaga itu bermula 4 petang hingga 7.30 malam.
Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan Khalid Abdul Samad berkata, Bazar Ramadan adalah antara tiga komponen dalam Festival Ramadan Putrajaya 2019 selain Anjung Syawal dan Laman Iftar. “Penukaran lokasi ini adalah bagi memberi keselesaan kepada pengunjung selain tempat letak kereta yang luas dan selesa,” katanya ketika berucap pada majlis perasmian Festival Ramadan Putrajaya 2019 di Putrajaya hari ini.Khalid turut mengucapkan tahniah kepada PPj kerana menganjurkan festival yang kini masuk tahun ketujuh penganjuran.
“Selain itu, festival ini juga bertujuan membantu penjaja, peniaga perusahaan kecil dan sederhana bagi menjana pendapatan melalui jualan produk masing-masing di samping mengeratkan hubungan kemasyarakatan dalam kalangan komuniti, warga kerja PPj dan peniaga,” katanya.
