THE legal suit filed by lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla against Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia and three others over alleged non-payment of legal fees of RM12.5 million will proceed to trial in March 2024. Chetan Jethwani, representing Bersatu, its president Muhyiddin Yassin, secretary-general Hamzah Zainuddin and treasurer Mohamed Salleh Bajuri, said High Court judge Akhtar Tahir dismissed the plaintiff’s application for summary judgment with costs of RM3,000.
