KOTA KINABALU: The Lahad Datu OCPD's 14-year-old daughter who died of a gunshot wound has been laid to rest.Prior to that, her body was sent to Masjid At Taqwa at the Lahad Datu police headquarters after her post-mortem was completed at 3.16pm.
Sabah Deputy Police Commissioner Datuk Shahurinain Jais said that the cause of death was a gunshot which went through her right chest, hit her lungs and then came out of her back.On Tuesday , the Form Two student of SMK St Dominic Lahad Datu, was found lying in a pool of blood with a gun still in her hand in a room at their home in Taman Tabanak, on Tuesday .
