POLICE will not arrest Human Resources Minister M. Kula Segaran based on a picture, Bukit Aman’s counter-terrorism chief said. The photo of the minister, posing with a supporter of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam posted on social media yesterday, was not sufficient to warrant his arrest, said Special Branch Counter-Terrorism Division principal assistant director Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said today.

Why not? Kula should be detained and investigated as to what makes him being together and photographed with those LTTE guys? Being a cabinet minister he should not given a room for himself in mixing or associated with a known terrorists organisation?
Why not? Can he explain why he did pose for the photo? Malaysian politicians should be careful who they associate themselves with! It's not just about them, it's also about other Malaysians image!
What a joke if a photo alone can be subject to remand.
