After crane failure, owner of 99-door mansion in Penang ordered to restore building according to heritage guidelines, says state excoKUCHING, March 14 — The High Court here today granted a request to adjourn the hearing of the civil lawsuit filed by the late Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud’s sons against their stepmother Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Raghad Kurdi Taib for one month.

They named Raghad as the first defendant and RHB Investment Bank Berhad as the second defendant in the case. The court had ordered the defendants to conduct legal research before raising the issue of whether the lawsuit could be classified under the jurisdiction of the Sharia Court.
