KPKT, keluarga Adib bantah permohonan kuil

Afidavit itu difailkan secara berasingan minggu lalu sebagai menyokong permohonan Jabatan Peguam Negara bagi membantah permohonan jawatankuasa itu untuk menggantung sementara inkues.

Visvanathan berkata, afidavit itu mempersoalkan kedudukan jawatankuasa berkenaan dari segi undang-undang, untuk mengambil bahagian dalam inkues. Ia adalah permohonan oleh jawatankuasa berkenaan untuk menggantung sementara inkues kematian Muhammad Adib sementara menunggu rayuan terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi pada 8 Februari lalu yang membenarkan keputusan Mahkamah Koroner mengetepikan permohonan jawatankuasa bertindak itu untuk menjadi pemerhati semasa inkues.
