PETALING JAYA: Biarpun mengisytiharkan diri mereka sebagai underdog musim ini, namun turun dengan reputasi sebagai juara berganda 2020, Kuala Lumpur Thunder tekad memenangi trofi pertama yang ditawarkan dalam Emas Anuar Liga Sepak Takraw 2021/2022 malam ini.
“Bomba Fighters pada musim ini mengambil muka-muka baharu yang bukan dari Divisyen 1, jadi apa yang kita boleh lihat mereka betul-betul bersedia untuk bersaing dalam saingan Premier musim ini. “Apa pun, Insya-Allah, walaupun kami menganggap diri sebagai underdog kerana tidak memiliki pemain import berbanding beberapa pasukan lain, namun KL Thunder tetap membawa misi memenangi Piala Sumbangsih untuk menaikkan motivasi,” kata tekong negara, Syahir Rosdi yang bakal mengetuai cabaran KL Thunder.
Bagaimanapun untuk pertembungan dengan KL Thunder malam ini, mereka tidak dapat menggunakan khidmat Kupithat kerana masih menguruskan beberapa dokumen disebabkan kebenaran buat pemain import beraksi dalam STL 2021/2022 baru diberikan oleh Persatuan Sepak Takraw Thailand kelmarin.
