But the baby began to crown during the journey, and Komathi had no choice but to assist in its delivery in the hastily-stopped vehicle. The new mother and her baby were later transported to the hospital’s emergency unit, and they are doing well, Cheras district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamed Mokhsein Mohamed Zon said in a statement, today.
