PETALING JAYA: Former Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin is contemplating forming his own political party.

The former Umno Rembau Member of Parliament said that recent weeks had shown him that there was a possibility for him to start a new political party.

"If we are given a second chance in politics, why not start on our own terms," he was quoted as saying during his podcast, Keluar Sekejap, episode on Monday . Khairy added that forming a political party had its own risks such as losing the deposit for election and being ridiculed if they lost badly.
