CALON DAP Vivian Wong memenangi kerusi Parlimen Sandakan dengan mengumpul lebih daripada 12,000 undi, menjangkaui 55% jumlah keluar mengundi pada pilihan raya kecil itu, menurut kiraan undi tidak rasmi.
