KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 — A kind-hearted Shell station cashier was pleasantly surprised when given RM50 for being nice to a customer.
Tasha, who looked to be in her early 20s, was willing to help a customer pay for a bottle of 100 plus when the man who brought it to the counter told her he had forgotten his wallet. “It’s ok, my treat,” she told him as she was seen proceeding with the transaction in a TikTok video that’s going viral.
When the man tried to stop her by saying, “Wait, I have the money,” Tasha replied, “It’s ok, I got it.” The man, Pinn Yang of food blog KL Foodie, then took out a RM50 note. He told a confused Tasha that he actually has money and it’s a social experiment.
