“Kegagalan ini menunjukkan kelemahan ketara dalam kepimpinan, strategi dan penyelarasan yang berkaitan dengan pemulihan ekonomi negara. Ia termasuk pelanggan dibenarkan makan di restoran, tetapi terhad kepada 4 orang satu meja yang disusun sekurang-kurangnya 2m dengan meja lain dan pengusaha perlu mencatatkan butiran pelanggan seperti nama dan nombor telefon untuk memudahkan pengesanan kontak jika berlaku kes jangkitan Covid-19.
Perak dan Selangor pula tidak membenarkan orang ramai makan di restoran dan pengusaha hanya dibenar menawarkan perkhidmatan bawa pulang, penghantaran serta pandu lalu.
