Khairy launches new tech to help govt identify Covid-19 hotspots, prevent clusters

Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin says a new technology developed by the government based on big data and artificial intelligence will be used to manage the Covid-19 in a more targeted manner. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, May 4, 2021.

BIG data and artificial intelligence will be used to help Putrajaya better manage the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation said today. The technology called Hotspots Identification for Dynamic Engagement , developed by the government, was launched by Mosti minister Khairy Jamaluddin today.
