JOHOR BAHRU: Kesesakan di Lebuhraya Pasir Gudang, khususnya dari Persimpangan Bandar Seri Alam/Taman Rinting ke Persimpangan Pasir Gudang, di sini dijangka berakhir menjelang Oktober 2025 dengan siapnya kerja menaik taraf laluan sepanjang 5.5 kilometer berkenaan.
“Kerja naik taraf Lebuhraya Pasir Gudang Fasa 3 kini di peringkat perancangan bagi pengesahan skop dan kos keseluruhan projek dan dijangka mula dilaksanakan pada Ogos 2023. “Ini kerana sekiranya kerja pelebaran jalan telah dibuat sepenuhnya, lebih banyak kenderaan dapat lalu, sepatutnya kurang sesak, namun untuk mengatakan tidak akan berlaku kesesakan langsung itu tidak boleh dijangka,” katanya selepas melakukan lawatan kerja ke Lebuhraya Pasir Gudang, di Persimpangan Bandar Seri Alam/Taman Rinting, di sini hari ini.
