MAHKAMAH Tinggi Kuala Lumpur hari ini menolak permohonan bekas pembantu penyelidik kepada Anwar Ibrahim, Muhammed Yusoff Rawther, untuk membatalkan beberapa perenggan dalam pernyataan pembelaan dan tuntutan balas Presiden PKR itu. Permohonan itu adalah berhubung saman yang dikemukakan oleh Muhammed Yusoff pada 14 Julai 2021 mengenai dakwaan berlaku serangan seksual terhadapnya di kediaman ahli politik tersebut empat tahun lepas.
