Minggu epidemiologi ke-15 yang berakhir 15 April lalu, mencatatkan sejumlah 152 kes denggi berbanding 165 kes pada minggu sebelumnya, menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak 13 kes (8.6 peratus).

Tetapi setakat minggu epidemiologi ketiga, kes telah mula menurun, katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini pada Khamis.Minggu epidemiologi ke-15 yang berakhir 15 April lalu, mencatatkan sejumlah 152 kes denggi berbanding 165 kes pada minggu sebelumnya, menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak 13 kes . Jumlah kumulatif kes demam denggi dari Januari hingga 15 April ialah 3,185.

Wanita itu meninggal dunia pada 6 Disember 2022 di Sarawak akibat demam denggi dengan komplikasi radang jantung. Memandangkan wanita itu mempunyai sejarah berpindah ke Taman Donggongon, di Penampang semasa tempoh inkubasi pada 2022, Kementerian Kesihatan mencadangkan agar kes kematian didaftarkan di Penampang tahun ini. Kedua-dua kes kematian denggi ini berlaku di kawasan perumahan jenis teres dua tingkat dan tidak mempunyai kaitan epidemiologi antara satu sama lain.
