Empat daerah di Sabah kini dikenakan perintah kawalan pergerakan diperketatkan bersasar, iaitu Tawau, Lahad Datu, Semporna dan Kunak berikutan peningkatan kes jangkitan Covid-19.
Ketua Menteri Sabah, Hajiji Noor berkata, daripada jumlah itu, RM10 juta akan disalurkan untuk bakul makanan kepada penduduk di 4 daerah yang terbabit dalam perintah kawalan pergerakan diperketatkan bersasar .“Semua pengurusan berkaitan isu-isu Covid-19 akan dikendalikan sepenuhnya oleh Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Bencana Covid-19 Negeri.
Hajiji berkata, Sabah Covid-19 Command Centre yang sebelum ini ditubuhkan, dimansuhkan dan peranannya dimasukkan di bawah jawatankuasa bencana negeri.
