KERAJAAN memperuntukkan dana sokongan sebanyak RM1 bilion bagi membantu pengoperasian bas henti-henti di seluruh negara bermula 2012 hingga sekarang, kata Menteri Pengangkutan Dr Wee Ka Siong. Beliau berkata dana sokongan itu diperkenalkan di bawah Program Transformasi Perkhidmatan Bas Berhenti-henti dan Dana Sokongan Sementara Bas Berhenti-Henti menerusi Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat .
