A Special Education teacher at SK Bingkor, Dr Velerie Wheelervon Primus, 34, has been awarded the “Rise Educator Award 2023” by Taylor’s University.

Velerie Wheelervon, who is also a Sabah Cultural Icon, holds the principle of “Because Art is Beautiful” and through this, has won 12 awards at the State, national and international levels.
