Yang Dipertua Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Kelantan Tengku Temenggong Kelantan Mohamad Rizam Tengku Abdul Aziz berkata mereka yang dibenarkan terdiri daripada imam tua, imam muda, bilal, siak serta ahli jawatankuasa masjid. Tengku Mohamad Rizam berkata, penjarakan sosial sejauh satu meter antara jemaah ketika solat juga perlu dipatuhi dan memastikan khutbah dan solat Jumaat diselesaikan dalam tempoh 20 minit setelah azan Jumaat.
