Kelantan allows Friday prayers with conditions

KELANTAN’S Sultan Muhammad V has consented to Friday prayers being held at mosques statewide starting tomorrow, with a congregation not exceeding 12 people. State Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council president Tengku Temenggong Kelantan Mohamad Rizam Tengku Abdul Aziz said the congregation should comprise the imam, “imam muda”, muezzin, “siak” and mosque committee members.
