Menteri Dalam Negeri Hamzah Zainudin berkata, ketika ini pihaknya hanya dimaklumkan mengenai jumlah pemegang kad UNHCR iaitu 178,715 orang, namun tiada maklumat lanjut mengenai lokasi keberadaan mereka.
